Beth is 4 days into this treatment journey...it has been a long few days, BUT she is one tough cookie and she is finishing the week strong. Still some vomiting, but it seems to be lessening...a complete answer to prayer!!! Today she sounds like a completely different person...it was good to hear :)
I also wanted to make everyone aware, a dear friend of mine from High School has offered to take on a project to help Beth and Al. She is wanting to organize a meal calender for them. I have been inundated with people asking "what can I do or what do they need." She wants to help take some stress off of them during this time. Her name is Kelli and she said to just give her a call and she will take it from there. If you want to help but maybe aren't that great in the kitchen, there are a few restaurants near their house that maybe they can order dinner in or grab something quick. If you prefer to give a gift card. Some of the restaurants near them are AppleBee's, Steak n' Shake, Imo's pizza and Lee's chicken. Beth's wonderful friend Kenya is working on getting us more locations that are near by. We are blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives. Thank you ALL for your love and support.
